We all lead busy lives and despite knowing how important it is to to take time for our own wellbeing we often feel tied to our laptops, work mobiles and household chores with no time to slow down, think deeply, exercise or even eat lunch.

Each video offers some inspiration for a wander and has an accompanying podcast for you to download and listen to on your own guided 15 minute wander. You can dive in anywhere, all you need to do is find 15 minutes and join us wandering. It could be the best 15 minutes of your day!
