I'm Kev Wyke, Founder and Director of Leap Further

I am an Organisational and Leadership Development consultant, facilitator, and coach, bringing innovative thinking and creative collaborative approaches to getting work done, using participative and strengths based approaches, positive psychology, and principles of democracy, freedom and trust in the workplace.

I began my working life in the NHS as an Audiologist over 30 years ago. During that time I led services in large teaching hospitals, was Chair of my professional body, led the development of Healthcare Scientists for the NW Strategic Health Authority and headed up Organisational and Learning and Development teams in a couple of NHS Trusts. The majority of my work is still with the NHS and the wider Public Sector, working with individuals, teams and organisations to help them be the best they can be.
