I work with leaders, teams, and organisations across the NHS, Healthcare Science, and beyond. The contexts vary. The approach is consistent: emergent, participant-led, grounded in genuine conversation rather than content delivery.
The work tends to fall into four areas.
Leadership development programmes. Designed and delivered for clinical and professional communities, including bespoke programmes for NHS leaders, Healthcare Scientists, paediatric audiology leaders, and NHS graduate management trainees. Every programme starts with a proper conversation about what's actually needed.
Team development and facilitation. For teams at moments of transition, challenge, or growth — creating the conditions for conversations that weren't happening before, and ways of working that last beyond the room.
Thinking partnership. For leaders navigating complexity, transition, or decisions that don't have obvious answers. Not coaching in the conventional sense. More like having a genuinely useful conversation with someone who will think hard alongside you.
Faculty and community building. Supporting organisations to build their internal leadership development capacity — including leading the AHCS Leadership Faculty and contributing to the NHS Leadership Academy faculty.
I'm not the right fit for every piece of work. I'm most effective when I'm involved upstream, when there's latitude to shape the approach, and when the goal is genuine change rather than content coverage. If that sounds like what you're looking for, let's talk.
